What type of silk do you use?

All of our scarves are made from 100% Grade 6A pure mulberry silk — the highest quality silk available. This means you get the softest feel, the most brilliant sheen, and the longest-lasting durability.

How can I tell if a scarf is real silk?

Here are four simple ways to identify genuine silk:

The Burn Test: Real silk burns slowly, smells like burnt hair, and leaves a crushable ash. Synthetic fabrics melt, smell like plastic, and leave a hard bead.
The Ring Test: Pure silk can be pulled through a finger ring smoothly due to its fine, lightweight weave.
The Feel Test: Genuine silk warms up quickly when held in your hand. Synthetic fabrics stay cool or feel slippery.
The Sheen Test: Real silk has a soft, multi-directional shimmer that changes with the light. Synthetic silk looks uniformly shiny from all angles.

What does Momme (mm) mean, and which weight should I choose?

Momme is the unit used to measure silk fabric weight and density — similar to thread count in cotton. The higher the momme, the heavier, more durable, and more opaque the silk.

10–12 Momme: Lightweight and sheer. Ideal for summer, layering, or delicate hair accessories. Floaty and translucent.
14–16 Momme: Medium weight. The most versatile choice for year-round scarves. Balanced drape, soft sheen, and good durability.
18 Momme: Medium-heavy. Rich, substantial feel with excellent drape. Great for cooler seasons and a more luxurious look.
22 Momme: Our premium weight. Dense, opaque, and exceptionally durable. The hallmark of true luxury silk scarves.

Not sure which to choose? We recommend 16–18 momme for most customers — it strikes the perfect balance between softness, drape, and longevity.

Are your scarves hand-rolled?

Yes! Our premium scarves feature hand-rolled and hand-stitched edges — a detail that takes a skilled artisan approximately 45 minutes per scarf. This is the universal hallmark of a luxury silk piece and gives each scarf a beautifully finished, refined look.

What sizes are available?

Petite Square (65×65cm): Perfect as a neckerchief, pocket square, or wrist wrap.
Classic Square (90×90cm): The iconic silk square — versatile for head wraps, neck ties, and bag accents.
Long Scarf (160–180cm × 53–70cm): Elegant drape for wrapping, shawl styling, or belt alternatives.

Will the colors fade over time?

We use OEKO-TEX certified, eco-friendly dyes that are colorfast and resistant to fading. With proper care, your scarf will maintain its vibrant colors for years.

Care & Maintenance

How do I wash my silk scarf?

Silk is a delicate natural fiber — gentle care will keep it beautiful for years:

Hand wash preferred: Use cool water (below 30°C) and a small amount of gentle silk or baby shampoo. Swirl gently — do not rub or wring.
Rinse thoroughly in cool water until all soap is removed.
Dry flat on a clean towel away from direct sunlight or heat. Never tumble dry.
Dry cleaning is also safe and recommended for printed or heavily embellished scarves.
Do not machine wash — agitation damages silk fibers.

How do I iron my silk scarf?

Iron on the lowest silk setting while the scarf is still slightly damp.
Always place a thin cotton cloth between the iron and the silk to prevent scorching.
Iron on the reverse side to protect the sheen.
Never use steam directly on silk — it can cause water spots.

How should I store my silk scarf?

Fold loosely and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid hanging for long periods — silk can stretch under its own weight.
Store in a breathable fabric pouch (not plastic) to prevent moisture buildup.
Keep away from perfume and hairspray — alcohol-based products can stain silk permanently.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize if this happened! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
